Elite Class Marriage ("we", "us") handles sensitive personal information because trust and verification are central to what we do. This Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can control it.
Your ID/passport number and selfie photo are used only to confirm you are a real, genuine person. Your selfie is stored in a private, access-controlled location that no other member — and no automated system — can view. It is reviewed manually by our verification team solely to compare it against your submitted ID and profile photo. If your verification is rejected, your submitted selfie is deleted at that time.
Your GPS coordinates are recorded once and locked — they cannot be changed afterward, and they are never shown to any other member, in any form. Other members only ever see an approximate distance (e.g., "12 km away"), calculated on our servers from your locked coordinates.
Messages and attachments you send are visible only to you and the recipient. Attachments are stored in access-controlled storage; only the two participants in a conversation can retrieve them.
Your ID/passport number, submitted verification documents, and exact location are never visible to other members under any circumstance. Your profile information is visible to other members according to the App's normal browsing and matching features. Reports you submit are visible only to our review team, never to the member you reported.
We work with a small number of named third-party services to operate the App, and we do not sell your data to any of them or to anyone else:
We advertise Elite Class Marriage on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (including YouTube) to reach potential new members. These platforms may receive limited technical data — such as when you install the app after seeing one of our ads, or general device and ad-interaction information — so we can measure how our advertising campaigns are performing.
Access to your data is restricted by role: verification staff can review pending ID/selfie submissions; only you can see your own location, messages, and purchase history. Data is protected in transit and at rest using industry-standard security practices.
Your data is stored on servers located in India (AWS Asia Pacific — Mumbai region).
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. If your verification is rejected, your submitted selfie is deleted at that time.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can permanently delete your account at any time from My Profile → Delete My Account, which immediately removes your profile, messages, interests, blocks, membership history, verification files, and your login itself — this cannot be undone. To request a copy of your data, or if you have any other question about your information, email us at support@eliteclassmarriage.com and we will respond to your request.
Elite Class Marriage is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
