Please read these Terms carefully before using Elite Class Marriage ("the App", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to marry to use this App. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are using the App for genuine matrimonial purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. As part of our verification process, you may be asked to submit a national ID/passport number and a live selfie. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any account where submitted information appears false, fraudulent, or unverifiable.
Certain features require an active paid membership. Plans, pricing, and duration are as shown in the App at the time of purchase. Membership grants access to platform features for the stated period; it does not guarantee a match, a response from any other member, or any particular outcome.
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity, marital status, or intentions; harass, threaten, demean, stalk, or abuse other members in any way; solicit money, business, or services from other members; post false, offensive, or unlawful content; or use the App for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial introductions.
We have zero tolerance for harassment or abusive behavior of any kind. Any member found harassing another member, whether reported by another user or identified through our own review, will have their account permanently terminated, without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct warrants it.
Elite Class Marriage is an introduction platform, not a guarantee of compatibility, safety, or successful marriage. We conduct manual identity verification but cannot independently confirm every claim a member makes about themselves. You are solely responsible for exercising judgment and caution — including when communicating with, meeting, or sharing further personal information with another member.
You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you share, but you're responsible for it. You grant us the limited right to store and display your content within the App as necessary to operate the service. We may review reported content or conduct as needed to enforce these Terms.
Members may block or report other members for inappropriate behavior. Reports are reviewed by our team and are not visible to the reported member.
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from My Profile within the App. This action is irreversible.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, harasses another member, or poses a risk to other members, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary for safety.
The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for the conduct of any member, the outcome of any introduction, or any loss arising from your use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
